Counseling via Telehealth
A safe, therapeutic partnership allows you to explore things that feel too big to hold alone. A somatic (body-based) approach to counseling helps you do this gently and slowly so you feel less overwhelmed and more able to handle whatever comes along, internally or in your environment.
Telehealth can still be centered around the body, with supportive self contact, sensation tracking, and grounding exercises to support emotional regulation. Working somatically, I can help you balance your body and emotions, work with challenging thoughts, resolve old trauma, or, if you’d like, move into more spiritual terrain.
